Three sports, one ring
Most of the card is Muay Thai. Two bouts are kickboxing. Two are MMA. Elbows, then no elbows, then wrestling. The section below is the whole difference.

A first night of ONE Championship, with the homework already done. Two shows, fourteen fights, three sports, one ring. No world title is on the line. The best fighter in the building still goes before 8:30.
Most of the card is Muay Thai. Two bouts are kickboxing. Two are MMA. Elbows, then no elbows, then wrestling. The section below is the whole difference.
He is the ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion, and he closes the 6:30 show. Walk in at 8:30 and you have missed him.
A pretty kick that changes nothing loses the round to a messy punch that hurts. Judges are counting harm, not manners.
The working Lumpinee is on Ram Inthra in Bang Khen. Lumphini Park and the old Rama IV site are the wrong side of Bangkok.
01 · The night
Your ticket covers both. The early show streams on live.onefc.com. The main card, from 8:30, is the one on YouTube, Facebook, and Thai Channel 7.
Give the line and the bag check some time. The first fight is worth seeing cold, because the ritual is easier to follow before the building is roaring.
Johan Ghazali versus Diego Paez is the fight before him. Five bouts share those two hours, so be seated by 7:30 if those two are why you came.
This half is where a win can turn into a US$100,000 contract and a spot on ONE’s global roster. The headliner is the final bout, often close to 11.
02 · Who matters
Records below are the ones published for this card. A career record and an ONE record are different numbers, so they are labeled that way.
Watch him because he is the champion, and watch the rules because the belt stays in the locker. This is kickboxing, three rounds, after more than a year out following surgery on a finger. He used to hold the kickboxing belt too, until Jonathan Di Bella took it in October 2025. Wang wants a knockout and has called the return his last chance. Bigger gloves. Elbows are a foul. Speed against pressure.
The experience-against-youth fight, with a contract hanging on it. Lamsing’s recent wins include a decision over Fakhriddin Khasanov and a first-round knockout of Plaipayak. Rhenimi is the younger puncher, and he needs the night more. Both men have a recent loss to the same fighter, Denkriangkrai. The bout sheet lists three rounds of three minutes, and both men weighed about 125 pounds for a flyweight fight. The whole 8:30 card is broken down below.
A rematch of a fight the judges barely split. Paez beat him at ONE Fight Night 32. Ghazali is treating Lumpinee as the correction. When a first fight is a split decision, round three usually decides the return. That is the round when the band starts sprinting.
Pounds are the upper limit of the class, fought only if the fighter has passed ONE’s hydration test. They are not allowed to dry themselves down to the number.
MT is Muay Thai, KB is kickboxing. Highlighted rows are the three fights above. Earliest bout first.
ONE Friday Fights 175 · from 8:30
Channel 7, YouTube, and the rest of the world pick up at 8:30. This half is the contract chase: a sharp win is how a fighter earns a US$100,000 spot on ONE’s global roster. Six of the nine are Muay Thai. One is kickboxing. Two go to the mat.
Yang and Iwanaga open the show in the big closed glove. Elbows are a foul. The next fight, Bagade against Shioya, switches to the small open-finger glove and five-minute rounds, and the fight is allowed to leave the feet. Every Muay Thai bout after that comes back to the small glove, the elbows, and the three-minute rounds. If you get lost, look at their hands.
Nothing below is an official start time. It is a walking pace from an 8:30 first bell: about 20 minutes for Muay Thai, a little less for the kickboxing opener, and longer for the two MMA fights. Drag it if the building is running late.
Three rounds on the bout sheet. Give the clearer fighter 10 and the other 9. A drawn round is 10–10. A knockdown, if you see one, is really a 10–8. This toy stays at 10–9 so you can keep a clean card from your seat.
03 · The sports
Read the colored tag on the fight. Then use that column. The glove is the easiest tell from your seat: Muay Thai and MMA wear tiny open-finger 4 oz gloves. Kickboxing wears bigger closed 8 oz gloves.
A fight can end by knockout, by the referee or a corner stopping it, by three knockdowns in one round, or by four knockdowns in the bout. In the two MMA fights, a tap of the hand, or a fighter caught in a choke or a joint lock, is the same kind of ending. Three knockdowns do not apply there. If the striking fight goes the distance, three judges score every round. If an MMA fight goes the distance, those judges pick a winner of the whole bout, using damage, near-finishes, control, and takedowns.
Two fists, two elbows, two knees, two shins. Boxing is the fists alone. Kickboxing adds the kicks and the knees, then stops. Muay Thai is the full set. A legal throw in Muay Thai is a sweep or a trip, not a wrestling slam.
Muay Thai bouts open with a thank-you to the teacher. Kickboxing and MMA do not. If they kneel, you are watching Muay Thai. If they only touch gloves, you are not.
04 · How to watch a round
Striking rounds use the 10-point must system. Add the rounds up. A 10–8 round is the one you will still be describing in the taxi.
Almost even. Judges hate writing this. If you cannot separate them, you are allowed to.
The ordinary round. Somebody landed the cleaner, harder shots. That person gets the 10.
A knockdown, or a round that was not close. Two knockdowns can make it 10–7. The fight may already be over.
Order of importance on a striking scorecard: knockdowns, damage, clean shots landed, then who was making the fight happen. In the two MMA bouts, ignore this ticket. Those judges pick a winner of the whole fight, not a 10–9 for each round.
The sarama sits ringside: a pi chawa oboe, a pair of drums, and small ching cymbals. The tune is the same idea all night. The speed is the information.
Only before Muay Thai. It takes about a minute. The dance is a thank-you, performed for the teacher who taught the fighter.

MRT Pink Line to Ram Inthra 3, station PK17. From Sukhumvit, take the BTS to Wat Phra Sri Mahathat and change there. A Grab from the center is listed around 250–400 baht and 20–35 minutes, before Friday traffic. Leave a cushion.
Listed prices for this date. The grandstand still sees the whole ring.
Ringside is sold as a separate lower-club seat. The stadium page does not print that price. Box office 02-522-6843, and Klook. All ages. One ticket, both shows.
Stay in your seat and keep your voice down until the mongkon comes off. If an anthem plays at the start of the night, stand. After the bell, shout all you want.
You will hear numbers yelled in Thai. That is fans pricing bets with each other. It is part of the room. One minute, then the band starts again.
Red and blue are just the two corners. The color does not tell you who is favored, and it does not tell you who deserves the cheer.
A takedown is the sport, not a stall. Watch the hips and the hands. A trapped arm or a neck is how those fights end before the clock does.
